Mary McCormack was an American actress best known for her roles as the main character in TV programs like "Murder One", "The West Wing", "In Plain Sight" and Loaded. Her work is also well-known due to her movie roles in 'Private Parts', 'Deep Impact', 'True crime and 1408'. McCormack was the child of a clinical psychologist, as well as the proprietor of an ice cream shop. McCormack comes from an unentertainment-related family. When her parents separated in 1990, she enrolled at Trinity College, Hartford, Connecticut where she graduated with an BA in Comparative Arts. The career of the actress started at the age of 12, when she was in a stage production an opera for Christmas titled "Amahl and the Night Visitor'. After her performance on stage and in film, she got roles in both small-screen and large-screen productions. McCormack nowadays is recognized for the most well-known and most versatile performers. McCormack is the wife of producer/director Michael Morris and has three children.
